At STAR AIR GUNS , we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered safely, securely, and in the best possible condition within the promised timeframe.

Processing and Dispatch

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days from the time the order is placed, or as per any specific delivery timeline communicated to you at the time of purchase.

  • Operating Days: We process and ship orders throughout the week, with the exception of Sundays and Public Holidays in Tamil Nadu and India.

  • Delivery Address: All orders will be delivered strictly to the shipping address provided by you at the time of placing the order. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

Shipping Partners and Methods

To guarantee that your air gun and accessories reach you in optimal condition and in the shortest possible time, we ship only through reputable and reliable courier agencies.

  • Standard Shipping: We use recognized private courier services for all deliverable locations.

  • Remote Areas: If reliable private courier service is unavailable in your specific area (pin code), we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost

Delivery Timelines

The time taken for an order to arrive depends on the shipping method and your location:

  • Standard Courier Orders: Most orders shipped via private courier agencies are delivered within 7 to 15 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Indian Post Orders: Orders that must be booked via Government Registered Post may take a longer duration, typically arriving within 25-30 working days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Charges

The shipping and delivery fee is calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the products in your order.

  • Charge Calculation: The shipping charge is specified individually for every product on its page. When multiple products are ordered, the system calculates the final shipping cost by adding up the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each item.

  • Transparent Fee: Thus, the total delivery fee is the sum of all individual delivery charges when ordering different products.

Pricing and Taxes (Applicable to Indian E-commerce)

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: Our listed prices are generally all-inclusive. All applicable taxes (like GST) are included with the list prices of the products.

  • Octroi/Local Levies: Please note that local levies such as Octroi may be applicable in certain regions (e.g., Maharashtra). If applicable, these Octroi charges will be levied separately for the shipment to your region and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a unique tracking number and the name of the courier company. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment on the courier agency's website.

Please be aware that shipping air guns is subject to strict regulatory compliance under the Arms Rules, 2016. Delivery may require additional verification or documentation before the final handover. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to all legal requirements.
