Refund policy

Order Cancellation Policy of STAR AIR GUNS

The ability to cancel an order depends on its shipping status:

  • Cancellation Before Shipping:

    • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, you may do so by sending a cancellation request via email to starairgunscbe@gmail.com.

    • The entire order amount will be refunded to your original payment account.

    • The refund will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Cancellation After Shipping:

    • If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been shipped, please notify us immediately at starairgunscbe@gmail.com.

    • In this case, the order will be treated as a return upon receipt at your location, and only the amount of the product will be refunded, excluding any original shipping and handling charges.

Returns and Exchanges

The following conditions determine eligibility for a return and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return

An item is eligible for return within 7 days after delivery if it meets one or more of these conditions:

  1. Damage in Transit: The package or product is noticeably damaged upon arrival by the courier.

  2. Missing Components: The item has missing parts, accessories, or components listed on the product page.

  3. Incorrect Item: The product received is different from the item ordered (e.g., wrong model or caliber).

Return Procedure for Eligible Items:

In any of the eligible cases listed above, you must:

  1. Immediately take clear pictures of the damaged package or the incorrect/incomplete product.

  2. Email the pictures along with your order number to starairgunscbe@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  3. We will verify the claim and provide you with a Return Authorisation Number and a pre-paid return shipping label.

  4. Once the product is received back at our facility and verified, the refund or exchange will be processed within 72 hours.

Not Eligible for Return

An item will not be eligible for return if it falls under any of the following conditions:

  • Time Limit Exceeded: The item is not returned or reported within the specified 7 days after delivery.

  • Customer Damage/Use: The product has been damaged, altered, tampered with, used, or assembled after delivery.

  • Missing or Altered Items: The item is returned with missing retail box contents, original packaging, tags, or internal components.

  • Imported Products (Specific Clause): There is no return or refund on Imported products once they have been shipped from our warehouse, except in cases of damage in transit or if the wrong item was delivered (as outlined in the Eligible for Return section).

Refund Processing

  • All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original source of payment (bank account, credit card, etc.).

  • Refunds will typically be processed within 7 working days after the cancellation request (pre-shipment) or after the returned product is successfully received and inspected at our warehouse (post-shipment/return).
